Step 1 >>>
The Birth of a
Job: The first step in the process happens when you send a job
requisition to your DCR Account Manager. The Account Manager will work with you
to get details on the job opportunity and the requirements are provided to the
recruiters. |

Step 2 >>>
The Resume Search: The
recruiters search for matching resumes from various sources and pre-qualify the
resumes. Only resumes with exact matching skills and experience pass this
screening. |
Step 3 >>>
The Pre-Screening: The
recruiters will make sure that the candidates are available and interested in
your position and will fit into your team. |
Step 4 >>>
The Assessment: The
technical reviewers screen the candidates for their technical skills and
qualifications. |

Step 5 >>>
The Reference
Check: References are verified for candidates who are found to be
technically qualified. |
Step 6 >>>
Your interview: If you
wish to interview a candidate, we will schedule it for you. |
Step 7 >>>
The Start: If you are
interested in hiring the candidate, we will make an offer to the candidate and
handle all the required pre-hire procedures. The candidate will start on the
mutually agreed date. |
Step 8 >>>
Ongoing Services: This
is just the beginning of the process. Throughout the duration of the contract,
there will be an Account Manager who will handle all issues without any
responsibility on your part. We will work with you through contract renewals
and ensure that the consultant's focus is on delivering best quality services
to you. |
