Managed Staffing Services is a commitment from the management, human resources, hiring managers, security, facilities management and all other related function areas in an organization.

To understand whether managed staffing is beneficial to your organization, answer the following questions:

  1. Does your organization have more than 50 contract personnel? (Note that contract personnel includes anybody who works on temporary or contract basis).

  2. Does your organization have an open supplier list for contract personnel? (An open supplier list means there is no pre-existing qualified vendor list or vendor approval process in place.)

  3. Does your organization have a large spread in contract labor rates and markups?
