Summary: The client is an agency of the local county government that utilizes a part of the county property taxes to help children in need. The client has a yearly funding process where it awards monetary funding to different private and public agencies based on the funding group that is selected as a priority for the year. The client hired DCR to improve the process of procurement, awarding the funding, contracts and contract requirements.

Business Objectives:

ť	The technical architecture team designed a manufacturing product line type solution that tracked an item from the moment it gets scanned into the inventory, to its bin locations, order placement and finally scanning out of inventory when it gets shipped.
ť	The solution was designed for the liquidation model of large volumes and particularly for the music and entertainment industry.
