Summary: The client is in the business of liquidation for the music industry and needed an efficient process for inventory management, order tracking and fulfillment.

Business Objectives:

ť	Provide an inventory management system on the floor that sets up a production line.
ť	Create a solution to increase the efficiency and decrease the error margin of the fulfillment system.
ť	Integration of the floor transactions to the financial and PO systems.

Solution:

ť	DCR designed and developed an integrated inventory management, order tracking and PO system that integrated to the client's financial application and directly communicated with the Account Payables and Receivables.
ť	The technical architecture team designed a manufacturing product line type solution that tracked an item from the moment it gets scanned into the inventory, to its bin locations, order placement and finally scanning out of inventory when it gets shipped.
ť	The solution was designed for the liquidation model of large volumes and particularly for the music and entertainment industry.
